I’m Tiana Gill, a licensed Esthetician, Army veteran, and medical aesthetics student with a lifelong passion for helping people feel radiant in their own skin. After years of working in the beauty industry, I founded Éclat & Co. to create the kind of space I always wished existed; one that delivers medical-grade results in a refined, welcoming environment.

At Éclat & Co., I bridge science, and luxury. Every treatment, whether an advanced BioRePeel, a custom anti-aging facial, or a detail-focused brow or lash service, is designed to give you visible results while surrounding you in calm, editorial elegance. My philosophy is simple: skincare should be effective, personalized, and never feel rushed or clinical.

Éclat means radiance in French, and that’s exactly what I want for each of my clients, not just glowing skin, but confidence that carries into every part of their life.
